i wanna play pve as resto and pvp as feral at 85. what are the best profession combinations for me?

I would say engineering and Scrib
Since whit Synaps Springs you'll have a very nice buff to your Innervate as Resto PvE and your burst as Feral PvP.

Inscription i said just because then you don't need to rep farm as you hit 85 for the shoulder enchant then :P
