I think in past i have read that dual specc will be removed and that we can have many preset talents tree.So i wanna ask if this is true and how many preset a character can have.It will be a system like equipment manager?

In the beta you still have the dual talent system and blizzard has said that they will not implement tri-spec in beta which kinda means that they are not going to change it to a equipment managed system.

There is a consumable though which lets you respec. Don't know how much it is going to cost though.
