So today i tought that i would change my faction , and i go to the bliz store and chose my shaman to get horde and when i started to enter my billing information i tought that i would lvl her up to lvl 80 and get the gear and then change the faction so i press exit on my browser and i loged in to World of Wrcraft.
Now when i try to log in to my character it says after chosing the character that i want to play that: You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is completed. WTF is this ?!?!?!? I want to get back to wow but i cant play my shammy and i realy dont want to delete her! So blizard , can the support fix this :) it would be realy good thing. Can you go back to the character faction change on the affected character and see if you can unlock the character/cancel the process? It might be stuck there. Otherwise you might have to ticket or call Account and Payment support, call is free from landline/Skype with UK number http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/contact
edit: it's unlikely they can help you on forums alone so if you can't cancel the process on the site I'd advise calling or ticketing but keep an eye on the thread. |

It seems that the faction change you initiated passed through anyways. if yo stay logged out of the game for around ~20 minutes you should be able to use your shamman again. Though it will be able to faction change aswell. It will have a button next to its name on the character screen that allows you to change faction. Keep in mind that it go faster then 20 minutes but also it might take lower time. So try and stay out of the game for around 20-30 minutes and hopefully this issue would be sorted :) |

I cant go back to the hsop and cancel the order... BUT i did not pay enything for the fac-change.
But thanks for the support anyways :) il check my account around the 20 mins later. |

You can view your transaction on the following page:
https://eu.battle.net/account/management/orders.html To reach it: • Logg into your battle.net account • make sure you are on the account manage page (https://eu.battle.net/account/management/) • Click on the tab where it says Transaction History and choose Order History. If you can see your order there try waiting for some time and it should hopefully have sorted the issue. when i tried to do a faction change to my 86 hunter it didnt work but then i thought to log of and see if it is working but it didnt it says:You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is completed. so plz i need help thanks

Try this
Go to your account management & click on the relevant account. Scroll to the bottom where it says 'Character & Guild Services' Click on the character service you're trying to do (in this case faction change) Click on the history/status tab and see if there's an option to cancel or finalise the transaction there. |
