Make the absorb and health scale with our total hit points.

Together with Glyph of Stoneclaw dropping this totem will put an absorb on the player for 16.5k, this amount has not changed since the start of cataclysm.

Imo it does not make sense to design a "mechanic" that would be beneficial at the start of the expansion and that diminishes in power due to all other mechanics simply outscaling it or vice versa over the course of the expansion. The least that could be done is increase the absorb a bit with each new PvP season.
