Oh hai there! c: i like having a bit of fun pvp'ing at 70 as a holy paladin :D But before I give away 3k honour on a dps pvp gear set, I was wondering if ret pallys were in any way decentat 70, or should i just roll a rouge/mage and melt faces :P Thank ya kiiindly :D

But protection is insanely good on 70, so you might wanna try that.

Prot is always bad, even at 70.

The only reason people use it is because it's a low skill bracket. All the noobs flock to 70 because they're stuck at 1200 at max level.

Prot is actually incredibly good at level 70. I'd go prot instead of Ret if i were i you.

Level up as prot paladin or don't post. Now begone wild beast!

You use the same set for prot and ret except weapons. Go try both. Prot is better but you can get kited for a long long time.

PvP gear >> Raid gear (in most cases)
Frost mage >> Prot pala
And rogues that go full pve gear + max agi with gems are quite OP too.

If youre thinking of stopping at lvl70 then i suggest you skip Avenger's Wrath related talents.

prot pala could 1 hit ppl at lvl 15-19 bgs loved it ;D

Prot is the most viable spec out of the two at 70. Plus it's easy a hell to play
