i need to know if i reforged well and which stat i need to stack more to reach 102.4% ctc cap

dodge -16.02
parry - 17.36
block - 57.22

Reforging and gemming seems to be ok. There's a few tweaks that could be made, ie. change the gem on your weapon to +40 mastery. The socketbonus ain't just worth it.
Get the Therazane shoulderenchant.

oh, and get a masterytrinket of somekind, it would help alot.
