Sarcasm -
The use of irony to mock or convey contempt.

Wit -
Noun:
Mental sharpness and inventiveness; keen intelligence.
Verb:
Have knowledge: "I wot that but too well".

And I believe the saying is 'Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit'.

Just because you seem to be failing with word definitions. Here's another word for 'Lowest' for you: Worst
