Move it down one tier or switch place with Elemental Devastation so it can be traded with some of the lower tier talents instead of the necessary higher tier talents.

I could possible trade-off one point in Spark of Life and Earthen Power for Seasoned Winds but I rely on Earthen Power in many situations to get away from my target and I also spend allot of Maelstroms on healing. I need every bit of extra healing I can get because I feel quite squishy. I'm also not going to trade it with Frozen Power since I play with Frostbrand to keep the enemies way from my allies and I use Frost Shock to freeze ppl in place all the time.

I think it would make allot more sense to move Seasoned Winds down in our talent tree somehow.
