Exquisite gives raid spots based purely on performance, it doesn't matter if you've been in the guild 1 week or 1 year you'll get a spot if you're better. Progress is our number one priority, and that shows in our organised & efficient approach to raiding. You'll be apart of the number 1 ranked guild on Karazhan, with 7/7 heroic in Firelands, and 8/8 heroic in Dragon Soul, we've cleared all content since our creation.

Exquisite is opening recruitment for all roles & all classes, to anyone regardless of past experience or gear*. There are only two requirements:

1. You make an application on our website or this thread.

2. You're willing to commit to our rules & raid times from week 1 of MoP.

If you answer all the questions in the application form & explain your talent choices / reforges in a way that at least tells us you know your class, then we would be willing to give you a shot. You will not be penalized for lack of raid experience or gear*.

*you need to be fully dungeon geared, so around 378 iLv, otherwise trialling you in Dragon Soul would be difficult.

Need enough time to trial potential new raiders :). And some of our raiders want something sort of challenging to do again, so we'll be raiding without the buff.

I see, only horde who have the luxury to get new players (raiders) not ppls alts from different guilds. And join when they cant raid in the other guild(s) or want loot from bosses the havent killed get in thier so called "main" guild :P.
Well its always fun with challenges =)

Recruitment on horde is completely dead aswell. Our last 4-5 raiders all came from different realms.

We also want to gain a lot of ranks next tier (aiming top 200) so we need to fix a good roster & that takes a long time. From my experience of the last two tiers recruitment is very slow on Karazhan, so it's always better to start early :-p
