I have Veil of Lies, Resolve of the Undying and Fire of the deep. If I go for Fire of the deep I'm just under the CtC cap so i thought I better use that. But I'm not sure if to go for veil of lies for the extra stamina or Resolve of the undying.

Use Veil and Fire of the deeps, and change the reforge on your shoulder to parry--> mastery since you will benefit more from it. After that you're probably ctc capped, but remember that for HoTs you don't need 102.4 but 101.6ish, but try to calculate ctc with kings and foodbuff since you'll have that in raid.

Then you should be capped when you add Battle shout/Horn of Winter there.

And yeah, Veil and Fire.
