OT: your just stating a random number without backing it up what so ever, a screenshot, or something showing the situation would be a lot more valuable. But given the recent thread you were in about warriors having the highest skillcaps my expectations wernt that high.

Have a screenshot of a mage critting me for 30k with icelance followed by a 31k frostbolt (8k absorbed in soul link 1.5k overkill). I was in 4.7k resilience at the time.

Human mages should be banned from using double mastery trinkets :(

Frostbolt hits dramatically more than ice lance, so I doubt the numbers were that close.

mage must of been in blues

i have been pvping with this charakter and my 85 hunter since beginning of cata, and i,even if i didnt have any pvp gear, never been crited 50k with a frostbolt (what i know) and i now got around 4k resi,still never seen a 50k frostbolt on me.

lol wth did you got that from? i do ranom bgs pretty often and i know that only a HC geared mage with legendary can crit that high, otherwise its impossible so dont come here and troll.

if a target has no resillience a mage in full 378 gear from Hour of Twilight hc's can crit 50k's..

actually the min max makes it quite close sometimes, only 1-5k between max ice lance and lowest bolt.

please get away from these forums and stop trolling, sure a mage in that gear maybe can crit that high on a non resi target but tbh i doubt that, since i have meet pretty good mages and never seen a 50k frostbolts. i dont have wery much knowledge about pvp mages but i know that that high crit with 4k+ resi is pretty impossible,but ask one of the magse on this thread, since i can not probably provide the answer you want.

Should of equiped your frost resi gear, didnt TBC raiding teach you anything?!
