For PvP, is it worth it :<?

Even if you are not a human, the damage is way to much to leave it out. Its much better than the ~400 resi u get from the pvp trinket on use

Why would you use this over an on-use trinket that grants actual spell power? Also how is Will of Unbinding (LFR) for PvP?

Not good since it has massive ramp up time.

Passive 780 int(only get this when you cast 10 spells) vs Passive 383 int + a mastery proc for 1.1k+.

If you are Human, you wanna use it, always. If your not Human, it can have it uses aswell, such as on a burst opener, but random trinkets are random, and most mages prefer on demand burst with use trinkets. Yeah, Humans gets both, trololol.

It's possibly the best trinket for non-humans and humans, I don't see how people even want to take a on-use pvp trinket really...

Farmed for ages, about to give up xD

You do understand that the proc of this trinket alone is 10 mastery points?

It's worth it, but after 12 Well of Eternity runs and seeing it not drop once I'm certainly not going to be trying to get it any more. PvE is tiresome at the best of times without being completely unrewarding at the same time.

wheres ur gnomish resiliance and stamina hmm? i sense it is all trapped inside that glorious facial foliage.

On a side note, 12 kills is nothing, pvp has made u weak, whereby u are guarenteed a reward in x time spent, where as with this scenario, it is the thrill of randomness (and yes the deep seated hate and frustration that comes with it over time) of finally getting that item u were after, for me, its like every tier i miss out on 1 specific item upgrade and have to keep farming past that tier in order to obtain it, e.g. back in 3.2 one of the best trinkets in game was dropped by a rather nasty over grown bug at the bottom of a secret pit, and after farming him every week for the duratiopn of that patch, it wasn't until a couple of months into 3.3 that i finally got it, so u see, persevere and the reward shall be urs.

Which is what? 10% extra damage at intervals you have no control over? I'd have thought you'd prefer an on-use trinket that you can activate with Deep Freeze to really increase your burst damage on Deep Freeze with Icy Veins for 3x Frostbolts. 2200 spell power is probably worth a lot more than a 10% damage bonus for most Frost Mages.

Edit: My mistake, it's 25% increase. But still, you have no control over it and 25% bonus damage while spamming Ice Lances isn't going to be as effective as 2200 spell power boost against a frozen target.

It's 25% more damaga AGAINST FROZEN TARGETS so yeah in a deep freeze it's a much better boost and it has an icd of 45s (correct me if I'm wrong). Btw it's sad but on a deep freeze lances > frostbolt

I dont know if you got a mage, but this trinket is most of the times up anyway, its 20 sec duration with a 45sec cd. for example:

1. U start in invis
2. U find ur enemy
3. U let ur pet frost nova
4. U start a frostbolt and instantly deepfreeze him (Trinket will proc on ur frostbolt)
5. And then you still have 20 seconds advantage of it. while ur on use is 2 minutes CD.

The burst will let ur enemy team blow alot of their cd's, Mastery > spellpower.

Okay.

When you see 58k frostbolts you understand that that trinket iz good.

Have you not seen every other frost mage go green and blue??
