Hello and welcome to club "My ISP is Virgin media, and now WOW doesn't work".
We have bar over to the left and the toilets are just down the hall to the right, if you have any question please feel free to ask one of our staff and we'll help you as best as we possibly can. I would first like to say how pleasant it is to have such a large turnout this evening, we have had a few quiet turn outs these past few weeks and was starting to worry we were the only ones. But seeing all these fresh new faces fills me with such joy as I think it is about now that Virgin will actually start looking into curing this terrible affliction that has been plaguing the small minority of us over the past few months. So please put your feet up, enjoy the bar and entertainment and have a good ole chat with each other, as this business may last a long time..... -Yurika |

It can't be anything to do with Virgin Media as I was just round a friends house and logged into my account on WoW easily, but then when im at my house like now it cannot connect to the news feed nor can I connect to the game..
Although I have had this problem around mine for the past about 20hours now :p it started last night, and this morning, and even now.. |

So 12 hours later, no fix. No further down the road of problem solving. Can anyone comment or is it already classed as the weekend?
It's really frustrating knowing that is quite the possibility that I wont be able to play Diablo 3 over the weekend due to means beyond my control. I would really appreciate knowing this issue won't be put on the back burner till next week and that it is still being investigated. I can remember the last time that this happened and Blizzard blamed Virgin, Virgin blamed Blizzard. It was all apparently blamed on lack of communication between games companies and ISP's. I really just want to know if i'm better off switching ISP or if this is a Blizzard issue but since this only ever seems to happen to VM customers I'd guess it's ISP but it was working fine until last nights patch. |
I did this a couple hours ago; I cant get onto that webpage, what does it say to do? |
ISP : Virgin Media im also in hudds have you had any luck yet? :( |
