I'm looking for a simple add on that makes my screen go red when i'm on low hp, possibly adjustable. I know its existing but i cant find it.

Also looking for the add on telling me when a rune comes up again.

And does a macro exist: switch to blood présence when i want to use death strike? And switch back to unholy présence for all other abilities?

The first addon is called HealthWarning, dunno about the second one.

And does a macro exist: switch to blood présence when i want to use death strike? And switch back to unholy présence for all other abilities?

Depends on what you mean by switch, but I don't think DK's can do that. Unless e.g
/cast Blood Presence
/cast Death Strike works.
