[A] Disguised Intelligence (18) 5/8HC recruiting

Disguised Intelligence is a small, Swedish casual guild raiding 2 days per week (Wednesday 20:00-23:00 CET and Tuesday 20:00-22:00 CET) having cleared 5/8 HC Dragon Soul. We're currently aiming to down Warmaster.
Our group consists mainly of older players, with the average age probably being around 30 but ranging from 18-40+ and some of us has kids old enough to play WoW themself (though not in a serious manner). Because of lack of attendance from some classes we are looking to expand our group with people that meets the following requirement: - 18+ of age - Speak and understand Swedish fluently - Maturity is a very important thing to us, moreso than skill alone. We'd rather have someone who boosts raid morale during wipes than the other way around, even if that means he's less skilled than the other player. - Stable computer and Internet connection - we'd prefer people that do not wipe us because they disconnect or lag during raid - Some raiding experience would be nice but is not critical if you're willing to do your part of the job (i.e. look up tactics that you don't already know on bosses we've already previously done if you're the only one that hasn't done it) - Ventrilo with the ability to listen to raid leader and speak when needed to - Appropriate gear with the right reforging/gemming/enchanting for your class and talent specification We are not looking for set classes, but I'd say tanks are basically the only thing we don't need. Hey, we are three players that are currently looking for a progressing guild, all three of us are dps and got a serious mind for raiding, the classes we play are: Shadow Priest, Combat Rogue and Enhancement Shaman, we all got around 400~ ilvl, 3/8 HC.
