Initium Novum is an english speaking guild which was created on 17th of July 2011 on a realm Darksorrow. After 10 months there we decided to move to Kazzak.

Initium Novum is a semi-hardcore 10-man raiding guild. As a guild we put our focus in current PvE content and compete against other guilds over the rankings at Darksorrow-EU. As individuals we strive to become as good as possible and learn from our mistakes and other's experience. We evaluate the social aspect as much as the player's performance. Constantly having a bad performance or being a douche bag will both result in a demote or kick.

If you want to become a member you should have the same mindset as us and no plans to quit the game any time soon, we want players with the motivation to kill heroic Deathwing and bosses beyond. In the guild there's room for improvement, no one is perfect, but we expect you to have a high level of knowledge regarding this game. At some points you may get critisicm and you should be able to take it and improve from it. We do not intend to produce a player from scratch nor gearing up a player.

We're raiding Wednesdays, Thursdays and in MoP Sundays 20.00-23:30. We're doing invites at 19:15 and expect our members to be ready inside the specific raid instanc at 20:00. A total of 3 raids per week and we expect our 8/9 attendance during your three weeks of being a trial, and then 7/9 as a member unless something very important occurs. If you have scheduled vacation at any given time, we want to know in advance.

In raiding there will be bosses and bosses drops phat epix which leads us to the lootsystem. As a 10-man guild we're pleased with a Lootcouncil+Roll where Officer=Member>Trial. We evaluate our members more than trials in most cases because you never know what's going on inside the head of a trial. The loot will in most cases end up where it does the biggest improvement for future progression. Some likes epics more than others but we prefer if you see the items as a tool the get further in progress.Recruitment

We're always looking for exceptional players. Do not be put off from applying because your specific class seems to be full. Spots are performance based and if you can show that you are better, then every spot is there for the taking. We will not recruit you to have you benched, if we are recruiting your class then we need your class.

Hello!

I am very interested as I can attend wed and thur, however, I work on and off on the weekend

I have only got 1/6 MV, with some experience with second boss, due to realm/guild being so rubbish

I always come prepared and I always pull 40k+ HPS when it is healing intensive and maintaining alot of my mana still
