Hello, I played World of Warcraft a long time ago, and I am adamant that it was under a certain email address, but I can't remember the password, and when I try to recover the password it says that my First Name and Second Name are not matched with the account, but I am not sure what they were set as because it was a long time ago and it is my mothers email address, so it could be my name, her name, any abbreviation or the card holder name, can somebody please help me ASAP? It's really getting to me.

Well this is going to be rather hard. Can you get your mothers full name and your own name at hand while checking that you have any CD-keys, maybe prepaid cards you used to pay WoW months with? You can submit a ticket to see if they can recover your long-lost account!
