edit june 5 2012 lastest video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aaO3sj_2eqQ
hello all. i am a upcoming PVP player i want to make videos that are intuitive and entertaining basically i want to just be an average high rated player that can help and teach other people what i do because i think it is more fun in the game when there is more competence there is just a lot more competitive and electric atmosphere and i enjoy playing this game a lot so i want to give things back to the community this is my first video i quickly put together showing some PVP clips they are not the best but they are just examples of matches that i play constructive criticism is welcome and appreciated and if you can spread the word because it is quite difficult to make a name for myself at first and i would be really grateful if some of you could tell others about me and hopefully some day i can make it to the big time http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7XYrtJVusc |

very good :) been waiting ages to see some good MM play, and especially loved the music, high quality and just makes the movie more enjoyable with great music.

oh my god, this got to be one of the greatest hunter PvP videos i've seen in cataclysm, the cc chains were extremely good, and the cooldown management you had was extremely good.
your positioning was also flawless, to the point where i thought of myself as an average joe. Continue making these movies, liked and fav'd it, i will also subscribe if your next movie is on the same level as this one :D Continue slaying rats my friend! |

This basicly. But I am going to try. I've been playing this game since pretty much release. I could show people how amazing I am, predicting each and every little single move anyone could do and countering it. But what would that prove since it's not enough in today's PvP? There are classes out there who are truly out of hand. I am not saying hunters are bad, we have outstanding crowd control and this is most likely the only thing that would impress your audience. But if you haven't started this game this season or you actually think about what is happening in arena rather than playing a setup which has a remarkably unfair advantage over any other team, you would know that hunters are good for their CC and fast reactions to enemy moves rather than bashing damage into their skulls. Damagewise: you won't see big- ... ... I just saw there is a video in your post. I gave it a shot, but honestly mate, the editing is really unprofessional, it is hard to enjoy it with those poorly-made slow-motion scenes. Also, if you want to get good feedback from the audience, you might wanna show fights against competent enemies. Do not try to become a new Swifty. He isn't famous for his showcase of skills, but I won't get into detail about him. Also, look up how a good video that is supposed to be entertaining/appealing should be. Don't just slap a random dubstep track onto your video and hope it will have the attention Braindeadly receives. On this note, he is playing with very experienced and competent partners aswell, are you? Let's just say you are incredibly good at playing hunter. Who am I to know? I haven't seen you play apart from the one not-so-impressive video you showed us. Do you have equally experienced partners with you? If you don't, then what will you show, battleground solo-action? (although you can do more amazing things in BGs as a hunter rather than Arenas due to the open space) I am by no means telling you to stop what you are doing. I am just sharing with you an educated opinion of what might lie ahead of you but also things you should consider before even pursuing this path. I hope my advice to you has been helpful :) |

This basicly. But I am going to try. yo thx for the feed back you have given me a lot to think about in terms of new movie making software and polishing up my skills as well as being more aware of what sort of partner i play with right now i just make videos for fun and it is a great help if i can play better because it would be more entertaining to watch but ye i am glad you took time to watch the video and tell me what to improve on i appreciate it a lot |

Something I'd like to add:
You said: "i am a upcoming PVP player i want to make videos that are intuitive and entertaining basically i want to just be an average high rated player that can help and teach other people what i do" In order to become a "avarage high rated player" you need to be "high rated" to begin with. I noticed upon a more thorough inspection that you ACTUALLY just barely started PvPing. Hunter is not the class you want to show videos of without previous experience or actually knowing what you are doing. No offense(it will sound offensive anyway) but you are playing at a very beginner level. Posting videos like that will only supply clueless people with more footage of how hunters are bad at the game, when in fact people just can't grasp the gameplay. You also said: "i am not really comfortable with a lot of key binds i am still quite new so i am making new macros and stuff every day experimenting with new things but thx for the feed back." You basically contradict yourself: you are a beginner and yet you want to show skillful gameplay. Forget about making videos. If you want to become like Swifty, don't. You most probably aren't giving away free stuff, so you won't have even close the ammount of viewers Swifty has. If you want to become like Braindeadly, don't. He is an experienced player, he is playing with experienced players, whereas you just started and nobody really knows you. If you do insist for some odd reason to pursue this path, look it up on the internet! Try and find out why people out there are successful. Find out how they did it. If you are not even close to getting to their level, have a different approach. Show something that nobody has. Have in mind I am just here giving you advice and saving you some time, all that I have said is with good intentions. Peace. |

Show something that nobody has. ye i mean i just like to make videos it just something i enjoy doing and ideally it would be beneficial for other people but even if it isnt it is still a hobby for me so i probably keep making videos but at the same time trying to improve on the things u have pointed out for me |

If you enjoy making the videos you should keep on doing it. Just try to listen to what people watching them say and use there feedback to make your videos and play better.
Good luck on the project. |
