One of the reason why I ever played Blizz's games was always their awesome cinematics. For long I was resisting to wow and was often only watching its cinematics till it made me to play wow. Never played Diablo 1-2 but was often visiting my friends so they could show me the cinematics. So just lite vote thing on this quiet forums :P
My vote is:

Tyrael's Fall - Diablo 3
World of Warcraft - Intro
Arthas's Returns - Warcraft III

Myself could not made mind if 4th would be Orc's ending in W3 or Diamonds Gates in D3 so I will just mention it here both :x
As for Starcraft, I don't remember any exciting movie so maybe someone will remind me.
