Hello fellow Moonkins,cats,bears what have you i need some help whit my dps its not the greates so instead of getting carried i would like some input on what should i change.(ignore some of the glyphs i was respecing to bear and forgot to change them)

Some basic tips like prefered spec rotation for certain boses etc atm im doing 25kish dps on single target boses >.< not very good isnt it.

Now what bothers me the most is the fact im doing rotations as most guides from trusted sites like noxxic suggest and still no result im not sure what is going wrong so i will say my rotation here so u can corect it if im doing something wrong-

So i start of by putting dots wrath and starsurge, i proced to wrath until i hit eclipse then i refresh dots and start spamming starfire ofc i use starsurge on every cd and proc,anyway when i hit solar eclipse i refresh dots once again and spam wrath thats it.

Ty in advance for any help or if you have anymore question regarding rotation spec glyph choice pls feel free to ask.

(one last thing will race changing to troll help my dps in anyway)

you should set down mushrooms before fight start if possible, and also pre cast on pulltimer if possible, and use starfall on every lunar

For a start, drop the straight up Mastery Gems. Replace them with Intellect.

Over hit cap, try using the addon 'Reforgenator' if you are struggling to find your re-forging inefficiencies.

If there's a pack, put dots on every single target you see, before a pull place the mushrooms under the fighting zone. And then just focus on a single target. This really helped me a lot when I was playing balance. Good luck :D

Hi Palacinkaa!

First of all, your gear is not very "top notch". But you should be able to do about 30k single target dps with that gear.
I myself always start every fight with volcanic pot, treants, lifeblood (herb spell),starfall, dots, then start casting starfire until solar procs. This will bring you to a eclipse faster and you'll reach solar to start with - which is our strongest eclipse. I never cast starsurge before I hit the first solar eclipse either because it will make take longer before you reach solar. But as soon as you're in solar start casting it as often as you can (ofc).
About starfall, try using it as soon as possible (Save it to lunar if you're close to it), specially if there's more than 1 enemy to hit (even if you're not in lunar it will be more useful against 2 targets without eclipse than it would against one target with eclipse).

Multidoting is also a very good way to increase dps, just make sure that you don't stare blindly to the dps meters since there may be a target you need to focus (:

Reforge all crit to Haste>mastery. I myself would not reforge mastery, but that is not a major dps change. Reforge all spirit and hit (If you're above hit cap as someone mentioned) to haste>mastery. Decent dps trinkets alone will increase your dps a lot, the revered one from Firelands? The VP trinket with haste is great as well if you're good at using the use? The spirit healing one is just taking space and giving you nothing.

Then practice, practice, practice. I myself try to improve all the time and it makes the game more fun.
