So yeah, Pretty bored of this mage right now, I much prefer Melee classes.

Thing is, i want to have a melee class that's both good at PvP and PvE (DPS)

I see Ret Pallys can do both pretty well, so was thinking about rolling one of them, i also saw rogues we're dominant, but i can see them getting some sort of nerf soon.

So whats a good DPS class that can Raid and PvE nicely, and also do good in PvP?

PS: I'm rather new.

Thanks for reply, I've just decided to go Sub rogue, seen a few videos and they look hella fun! :)

Ret pallies are very good in pve and pvp atm. Sadly nerfbats hits us more than any other class so that could change in MoP, but right now extremely viable for both aspects of the game.

More than any other class? No.

Dks do good on both aspects too.

Ferals surely good for tanking, not sure about pve dps, but in pvp they are good.

From what I hear warriors are not very good in pvp at the moment, so are enhancement shamans.

You need to play all and decide though. I find rogues so boring that I can't even level one. That's much considering I have 8 classes to max apart from rogue and priest.

Find me patchnotes without a warrior nerf.

You can't because every patch has had a warrior nerf in it.

Paladins get shoved to god mode every expansion then kneejerked around, but you still have multiple moments of utter god mode. (Remember the random bug leading to 300k DPS in DS? Early Wrath? End of TBC SoB 1shot? Reckoning Bomb? Nah, you probably didn't play that long ago.)

In my opinion rogues are very good at pvp. i have got a full cata geared rogue and i rock with it. Also locks are fun to play with me with their fear stuff. So all in all rpgue is the best

Ret SUCK! when you look at DK, rogue or warrior we ret pally are like a sub spec. Ret is just as bad in BC!

The whole pallly class is a kinda of everything, i can kinda heal, kinda dps and kinda tank! so Ret is a joke!
