Target Self frame macro

Hey, i know about macros to heal myself and others but i just want a macro that by pressing will bring up my own picture frame target. can anyone help? Ty:))

Unless you've changed the keybinds (which you probably have), F1 through 5 targets you and your party.
I think there's also a keybinding you can assign that works like the Tabbing for enemies but for friendly targets. |

Awesome thx for the feedback guys. The thing is i like to have my scroll wheel down and up to target myself or the nearest player. However, on my other spec i like to have it as dispell and bubble so it would be handy if i could maybe macro it like /tar player
