I have been smashing archaeology for a while now especially on Kalimdor due to the Tol'vir dig sites. I must have collected a few thousand fragments now and I keep getting the same 3 items.

I understand that it is luck of the draw, but this really is taking the proverbial. After hours and hours of game play. Anyone else having this problem?

Haha mate, it's not a bug and there's nothing you can do about it!

1: It's RNG - meaning it's TOTALLY random for you to have a rare artifact poppen up.
2: Tol'vir digsites are the most unlike ones to get

All I can say keep diggin' and you'll eventually get the rares or maybe VoS recipe

Took me over 300 solves to get the battle-tank.. I don't complain, well maybe a little

You will though, if you finish ALL other rares that have a chance on spawning on Kalimdor (I can't remember how many rares spawns of what, but there are dwarf, fossil, nelf, troll and tol'vors). So finish of all the dwarf, fossil, nelf and troll rares, and you should see more tol'vir digsites spawn!

I'm farming the battle tank, and I completed all Nelf and Fossil artifacts some time ago. I still get a ridiculous amount of both digsites, more frequently than Tol'vir.

There are 56 "other" sides, compared to 8 digsites, so you will still get some more.

Just like there is 36 other sides vs 18 dwarf (which I am farming for that stupid staff atm)

It sure feels like I get ALOT of the other sides, and not that many of dwarves, but using the macro

So you can ssee I do infact get ALOT more dwarves then the rest (yes, i know i got no tolvir and stuff, but I decided (stupidly enough) to "just" farm that staff before going onto tolvir. See how well that is going)
