Arcane Haste Cap (PvP)

I'm wondering what the haste cap actually is for arcane in PvP? I know very few play it and it gets loll'ed at (mostly with good reason) but I love the damage in battlegrounds.
I was wondering if anyone knows at what amount of haste to stop at? 1768 with spell haste buff and TW
is the cap (AB4 = 1 sec cast), but I can't say if it's what to aim for :p |

I just loved when you could just stack haste and would be unbeatable. :D

Medusa since there is no TW in arena you cant get enough of haste tbh.. so just go stack.
