Firstly edit out your email, secondly I am not sure what you are asking. Unlocking the account? That can be done if you go to your email and following the steps provided in it.

There should be instructions on how to unlock the account in the email you received.
If you followed the instructions and absolutely nothing happened, I guess it is possible that it's a phishing attempt. :s Where did the link in the email go to? |

He needs to use https://eu.battle.net/account/support/password-reset.html
If he can't reset it like that, then he has to contact account and payment support. HE has to do it, you shouldn't be anything on his account and Blizzard will want to talk to the account owner. http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/contact Phoning would be quicker. |

I have problem on my own account aswell. Got ''Due to suspicious activity, the Battle.net account ******@hotmail.com has been locked'' message.
I did what it asked, but now ( damn ) i cant chance my password to it, coz i cant remeber anymore my secret questions answers, and i have lost my box to get that key. So now im stock and i did ticket from this trial account, i told my problem there and my account name / E-mail. All what i got there was same message ( account locked ) to this 1 too. So is there anyway to get my own account back anymore since i have played whit that from Bc!?. Wont start all over again from new account. :( |
