I doubt there's any RBG going on on the VC.
There is this site you can use to find RBG teams, but I'm not sure it's still as active as it was before.

Alliance Side you could join Vex but you need to act all pro like and elitist and look down on anyone whose under 2k arena rating...oh and dont forget to call players scrubs daily.
