The only people asking for 2-hander back are random bg heroes and low-level Shamans who saw a vanilla youtube video of someone doing crazy things that Blizzard didn't like. All high-level Enhancers, no matter if they PvP or PvE will tell you that they'd rather see what little precious time Blizzard spends on the spec go into our current mechanics, and not catering to the few uninformed people thirsting for "lolcrits" in unorganized, random battlegrounds.

It's been dead since Vanilla ended stop beating a dead horse.

I played 2H enhancement from Vanilla 1-60, TBC 60-70 and WoTLK 70-80. All the while it became worse and worse. Cata finally killed it for me. I went to DW enhancement, got bored stopped PvPing and rolled Resto.

I like 2h weapons on my Orc. Duel wield in my opinion doesn't look as cool.

I don't think they have any plans to take away 2 handed weapons from shaman on beta so far.

Infact the opposite you even start with a Skullstealer Greataxe for some reason if you make a premade L85.

Quite frankly, it scares the living sht out of me.

Why on earth would anyone not be deeply worried over the fact that Blizzard assigns you a default weapon type that hasn't been viable since Vanilla? Is this really true Calic?

It's like giving Int/SP gear to pre-made Protection Paladins.

It is indeed true.

They don't assign you one as such it's just in your bags along with about 15 other weapons, shields and such like and about 50 bits of armour.
