Aegis PvP/PvE guild - 2.5k RBGs, 8/8HC LF PVPers

Who we are:
Formerly C O R E, Aegis is a PvP/PvE guild residing on Darkmoon Faire server. Founded June 2007. Due to being a RP server, with medium population we are a fairly tight community as a guild. This makes it pretty fast to settle in and find, tanks for various mounty run type things you may want & even just some new friends to chat too on skype from work. We are around 430 characters with around 135 active unique accounts. What we do: Focused rated BG team playing at 2.5k. 1 Progress raid group at 7/7HC and 8/8HC in Dragonsoul (both realm first) PVP/social/alt raid team at 12/12, 7/7 normal, 7/7HC, 8/8 normal, 5/8HC in 3 hours per week. Right now our RBG team is on an end of season holiday but generally we run 1 Rated BG team 4-5 evenings per week, starting invites at 19.45pm (Sat/Fri & often Tuesday evenings off from BGs). Group 1 is currently at just over 2.5k RBG rating so far this season. What we are looking for. We are always looking for exceptional players, right now we want 1 or 2 more (any DPS / Monk) to fill our ranks ready for our Rated BG team in MoP. You should be able to communicate well in both written & spoken English. Using Skype with mic. You would like to participate in Rated BGs regularly, from 8pm onwards in the evening. Stay calm under pressure and be able to report situations on Skype in a non-hysterical manner You will be able to follow instructions but also to reflect on strategies and try to improve them. Applicants should have experience in arena at 2.2k + We are also recruiting a few players interested in arena only and will consider groups of players applying together as well as individuals. Why you should choose us: We are medium sized, social & active guild. You log on at pretty much any time of day, type "<insert class here> just crit me 50k, balanced?" in guild & start a good old chat & debate. 99% of time in an emo-less manner (we all have bad days right?). You will be able to play with like minded people at your skill level. We want to do well in Rated BGs, however we acknowledge other forms of PVP also and hold inguild arena competitions with a prize fund of 130k gold per season. Once past trial period all guild members have repairs, gems & often enchants provided by guild. We are stable, with a solid guild history and experienced officer team. PvE Team Our progress raid team is competitive and aims for the server first kills on most contents and to see the end game until the last bosses. We cleared every boss in the Burning Crusade except unfortunately left Kil'jaeden at 7% before Wrath. In Wrath we cleared as well every boss on both 10 & 25 man. Hard modes in Ulduar completed, heroic modes in Crusader's Colliseum completed LK HC 25 down. T11 progress (in Tier 11) was 9/13HC with both Nef & Cho'gall Heroic down, Sinestra in P3. feral tank with 4/8 hc kills, 7/8 hc experience and know tacts for 8/8hc Use to do a few RBG's back in 4.1 and got to 1300ish but i know my class pretty well hope u reply soon |

Hey There!
Not being picky but you will find it hard to find the experienced players you are after, a lot of guilds do this as they set the bar far to high for a mass number of players, mainly PVP 2.2k+... some players are unfortunate and are located on lowly populated servers or others have to many players with lack of skill so they will struggle to reach their full potential, its a shame really as you sound a great bunch of people to be around.
