For what? for PvE I'd say static shock. For PvP I'd say neither, follow my build if you're looking for PvP

well if u check my gear and current spec kinda obvi tht is pvp , but more to the point i kno sham quite well jus trying to figure out damage wise which talent is better thn the other , as my survive is not an issue jus trying to get the max out of my damage output for my 3's
