Go to the transaction history in your account management and see if there's still a cancel option. If not, try using a different browser and/or clear the browser cache to see if that helps. If none of that works, you'll have to contact Accounts & Payments but do try everything else first.
Account and Payment Support http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/contact Phoning would be far quicker - if there isn't a number for your country, you can call the UK number using Skype for free. Once you manage to get in the phone queue, you'll have to hold on for 30-90 minutes, but they're really helpful when you get through. You can also make a webticket if you prefer, but the wait time is very long at the moment unfortunately. |

Ok i will try all of these things now.In transaction history there isnt any faction change.But when i go to faction change service menu.I see my char(Service pending)So i cant buy faction change.Im kinda stucked ill try removing all cache!
