doubt u can...if one of them is on GCD u have to click 2 or more times.

Indeed you can not click all these at once. I would also advice you not to, even if you could. Stoneform and Shamanistic Rage often got different purposes, and Stoneclaw should be used a lot more often than these other abilities.
