Will you be able to buy the level 60 PvP gear for transmog if the titles go account-wide. Example I have a warrior with general, and a paladin with knight-champion, I have a priest with Sergeant.

When MoP comes, will my priest have marshal, knight-champion, and Sergeant titles? Or will they all just have marshal/general?

Will I be able to buy the level 60 gear on my priest and use it for transmog?

Will I be able to create for example a monk, and have all 3 titles and be able to buy (if any is added) level 60 PvP gear for them?

I also tried it in MoP beta and it didn't work for me either. I did express my concerns about this same issue on another topic, since I personally believe that the player that achieved that Feat of Strength should have the right to be able to transmogrify his characters gear into Level 60 PvP gear.

I mean... the PLAYER DID achieve the rank at some point during vanilla; it would simply feel wrong not to be able to get the benefits of something you have rightfully earned!

Thanks for checking, to be honest it does seem abit unfair to everyone else if every character I make in the future gets The Bloodthirsty title, General/Marshal, and the rest as well as all of them getting access to the 60 transmog set. But one can hope, since there really nice sets.

Just abit disapointed I guess, when they said X-realm titles, achievements, mounts, etc I assumed everything, then later we get a "no not that one, or that one. sorry not that one either, but you can have that one!" Thing is, that one I didn't want, nor care for anyway, haha.

Make it account wide. Those "special snowflakes" that had to grind so much to get rank 8 in vanilla should be able to use it on all their characters, aswell as the gear transmog.

Doesn't really bother me if they do or don't /shrug

Would be nice to have my old rank 10 or 12 on this char but it's not a game breaker.

Has there been any news about this? My priest had gotten Marshal (R12) in vanilla and that's one of the reasons that always made me feel "stuck" with that character. I'd be happy if my other characters would gain access to it. (Also to stuff like Undying and Immortal.)

GM ticket this morning says they wont be able to buy PvP gear, because as far as they are aware, at this present time, as long as nothing changes, the titles are not going account wide.

I swear on my life I've read that PvP titles are going account wide somewhere before though?

Anyway they were nice enough to restore my 2 60 warriors from about 5-6 years ago so I've now got blood-guard and Legionnaire titles aswell as Marshal and Knight-champion. It's also an extra 20k honor kills to my total so all my bankers should get the bloodthirsty title at level 1

so if you have any old deleted characters try to get them restored

I just hope account wide achievs will show of the highest rank ever obtained in vanilla.
I don't really care if i can get the transmog stuff or not. Just think it would be stupid to only give credit to that char for doing it back then while all the rest is going account wide.

At the start of Cata (maybe before in fact) I tried to restore my hunter that I deleted back at the beginning of TBC (still not sure why, having levelled TWO more since one on each faction) but the GM at the time said it couldnt be found and that they are removed after a certain amount of time. That one was a sergeant.

Would be great to get that char back. It would have a load of HKs too

You have, a Blizzard poster in the US commented on the original lvl 60 PVP gear transmog, he mentioned if they could have made the FoS Account-wide on 4.3 patch for us to use the gear on our alts to they would have but it wasnt currently available, which is why im rather annoyed they took back their word on that in MoP.

I'm not a genius computer-engineer like Blizzard employees, but I believe that if account-Bound achievements are possible, it shouldn't be that much of a drastic challange for them to accomplish the same for FoS. In Blizz computer-engineering I trust! And if Bashiok supports it with a post, I'm sure they'll manage to do it!

Rofl, no. Are you out of your minds? You are talking about PvP stuff here so no way. Blizzard does not care about PvP people and only like to slap them in the face. Scarab Lord sure becomes account wide, no problem at all, but PvP stuff, neveeeeeeer.

the whole account wide shizzle is just silly.. they have to do it with EVERYTHING or NOTHING.. not like this crap..

ull share HK's from all chars, ull get somewhat all achievments account wide exept X and Y achievment...

jesus... just let it go and make everything acc wide.. or nothing... like with the mounts, why is it ONLY gladiator mounts and wierd guild mounts that not acc wide ?.. i mean
the scarab from archaology is far harder to get than the guild mount.. and yet, u get it on characters that doesnt even have archaology ?... make sense right ?...

so.. take it into consideration.. :P i would like my oldschool pvp gear transmog on all my chars, and i would like my Hero / High warlord shared aswell ;P... guess its not gna happen...

its not about being a special snowflake.my paladin got champion of the naaru title and my

hunter got vanilla rank 13 title;i can use cotn on my alts but not field marshal,both are fos titles

that bring achievements.
