I have seen many rogues transmog out of their "Dreamer and Sleeper" Daggers, and ive seen people transmog an off hand "Treachery's Bite", and thats a helf in off hand, not and Off hand.

Yes, but as transmogrification rules state, it has to be the same weapon type, i was talking about and offhand sword, of course.
