Introduction:

Raidtube is a 10man raidguild (formed by 6 IRL friends) who's main goal is hardcore raiding, on a reasonable basis. All of us have raiding experience dating back to the good old 40man MC raids, and hours of wiping at Razorgore in BwL. The founders of the guild has all been ranked top both serverwide , and worldwide, throughout Vanilla, TBC and Wrath of the Lich King.

We formed Raidtube on Genjuros at the start of Cataclysm, and competed as a top guild. Due to some issues amongst players, and low recruitment, we merged with a guild called Deverenian, which also competed for rank 1. Before we merged, Raidtube was server 2nd. The guildmaster and Officers are all IRL friends which has played together since Vanilla came out in 2004. We all changed server after the merge, and played casually at high end PVP and PVE.

Now we are back for Mists of Pandaria, and are searching for a few special and mature players to compete with us as the best guild on Agamaggan. So if you think you got what it takes, scroll down and read the requirements, and what we can give you as a player.

Goals, and how to reach 'em:

We in Raidtube believe, that 10 people alone wont cut it when it comes to top ranks in the world, or on Agamaggan. We're aiming high, Server FIRST, isnt impossible, at this point. But to reach that goal, we need players with the skill, maturity and experience. We want a roster, making us able to set up the best possible team, to maximize whatever encounter we might face. That means, we want enough people to actually be able to switch the entire raid for the benefit of the encounter. This means that some players might have to be on standby the entire raid, just in case we need him/her. So if you have a problem being online and just play while you wait for a spot in the raid, we do not need you.

Social network, and activities on offdays:

Although Raidtube is a hardcore raiding guild, the bonds between everyone is important to us.
We want people in the guild to get along, and have a good time. A good social life, is a key thing to keep the motivation going.
The same thing goes, server wide. We want to be respected among people on Agamaggan. Not only does it improve the chances, when it comes to actually pugging.
But it also helps, when we're are recruiting. Nobody wants to join a jackass guild, or guild known for the amount of ninja looters, smartass', jerks, or whatever.
We want to make our forum, into a great meeting place. Also the place where tactics, theories, and everyday stuff is being discussed.
A small community for our raiders, and socials. A place where people can set up random raids, world ganking, roleplay stuff, whatever people might want to do.
On offdays ALT runs will be an option. We will try to set up something every now and then, depending on progression, and the activity among our fellow members.

Our primary requirements:

Its quite simple, basic stuff, but for some people, insanely hard to uphold.
- Be prepared. That means maxing your character in every way possible with gems, enchants, and knowing tactics before you turn up for raids.
- Be able to take critism. It's simple raiding one on one. Nobody is perfect, we can all learn something, now and then. So being able to actually use the ceiticism, is a main feature among our raiders.
- Be a teamplayer. We are all on the same side, we all want to clear content. But sometimes that requires somebody to be replaced, or loot going to somebody else than you. There's a reason for everything.
- Be a raider, not a pugger. By this we mean, have experience, dont quit because of wipes, and dont !@#$% about random stuff. You must be prepared to wipe 100s of times before moving on the the next encounter.

If you are granted a trial spot, you will at all time, be on observation. This your chance to show us your ingame skills. Moving from red shiny stuff underneath your feet, is a good place to start.
The period of the trials, may vary. Dont start asking when we are going to promote you. Impatience is never a good thing.

Our secondary requirements:

There's no comment here, we just have to mention it.
- Be familiar with Ventrilo 3.0.1
- Have a stable internet connection
- Have a stable and functional computer, this means, no freaking 3fps guys.
- Have a headset with a microphone or something just as good.
- And last but not least, dont go afk every 5th minutes, we will have breaks, but until the breaks you pee on a bottle if you have to.

aNc was realm 1st at that point with world rank 153
and the guild u mentioned as realm 1st was world rank 4219 in the same tier

I know mate, never said Raidtube was the leading guild on Genjorus. We competed as one of the top 5 guilds, and at the time we merged with Deverenian, Raidtube were server 2nd. But the guild was never disbanded after the merge, and so the rank went down worldwhide, and server wise, cause Raidtube stopped raiding. And this was the first few months after the release of Cataclysm.
