Remember, Duplicated items usually get removed by GMs, and in some cases they dont refund the player! check the link at the end of this post for more info about Duplication.

Vial of the Sands is Crafted by hacked/Duplicated materials. WHAT?!

Lets take a look at the cost of creating Vial of the Sands (Using 10% guild perk Discount):
NPC Vendor.- Pyrium-Laced Crystalline Vial = 4500g
NPC Vendor.- Sands of Timex8 = 2700*8 = 21,600g
Alchemy/AH.- [Truegold]x12 + [Strength Flask]x8 + [Agility Flask]x8 + [Deepstone Oil]x8
Craft Fee.- Unknown(not important)
Total = 26,100g(Fixed Cost cannot ever change) + AH/Alchemy + Craft Fee.

(lets not include Alchemy/AH cost/Craft Fee). so lets just say the LEAST price should be 26,100g. Not less! otherwise, the seller is mainly crafting the item to lose gold.

yet you find people selling it for lower than that? How so?
well its simple. its Duplicated.
i looked into it. its simply that Sands of Time is being stack duplicated.
and you need Sands of Time to craft Vial of the Sands

so the Vial of the Sands you are buying is crafted by Duplicated materials.

However, you cannot assume anyone selling the item cheaply is a Duplicator. the guy selling the vial might have just bought the mats from AH cheaply. BUT, you need to know, that the item has duplication involved in it. So do not blame the seller, just dont risk buying it though.

item (A) costs 1000. you sell it for 1000+1 lets say. wohoo there is profit!
item (A) gets duplicated, making (A)dup cost 0. Unknown seller sells it for 200. woohoo profit for unknown illegal seller!

normal players get the middle finger. while hackers get away with illegal gold making.

GET THAT IMAGE IN YOUR HEAD BEFORE YOU WANT TO TROLL.
put yourself in the normal player's shoes.

So, as long as I put up my illegal Vial of the Sands for 30k+ players can feel safe buying them as I havn't used duped mats?

botters still have to pay for their sub. Sure i would see some changes but i do not belive if they re still possible

Yeah right, you keep doing these threads because of "awareness" and "reduce the amount of victims"..

Who are you trying to kid? You wouldn't be doing these threads if you weren't selling these items yourself, so dont pretend that you give a crap about other peoples accounts. Write the truth instead, that you dont want players to buy duped items cause you loose profit from it, atleast then you wouldn't sound like such a big douche.

well, atleast the things that he is writing are true, and whats the point of complaining?
the subject is important and very good information to be aware of.
And you would feel bad and stupid if you bought a duped mount for X amount gold and the mount later on got removed.
