I accidentally bought a race change when I really wanted a faction change. Is it possible to get a refund?

Just got off the phone with customer support. They were able to help and my refund is now processing.
For anyone who ends up here from google you should know it's a one-time thing only though, so if you've messed up before you might not get a refund. |
