Typical answer, "RPers asked for a PvP realm and Jesus Christ answered our prayers".

So question, what are all you kiddies doing on a rpPvP realm if you spend weeks blue shielding and not doing any sort of pvp until its been arranged?

Found many people? Nah didn't think so, i guess flying from one zone point to another counts as world pvp since its out in the world and your fighting your peripheral vision in order to see a person.

And dumb people are dumb, that doesn't need to be proven, they are hardly going to be clever. People who pay their wow sub and dictate to others continually how they need to play their game on servers designed for all types of players is a bit rich. Share: To share a resource (such as food or money) is to make joint use of it.


But hay you are more important than the hundreds of players that pay blizzard money to enjoy their game experience on what ever server they choose because you got here first. I own all of duskwood and if i see another alliance guild i will log my horde alt and gank him, then camp them all until they leave the area.... sound familiar Cid?

What are you even trying to say? Are you trying to call me dumb in a really stupid way or something? All I did was post the realm types and what players Blizzard intended them for. Yes, it's obvious Blizzard doesn't care enough to forcibly move players and potentially lose subs over it. That doesn't change the fact that there is a clear reason for having separate RP-PvP and normal PvP servers.

Quoting an out of date post on what realms are suppose to be like is a bit stupid yeah. Your entire argument is that PvPers don't have a right to play on RP-PvP realms and i think you'd say just about anything to prove that.

And i don't know how many times people have used the phrase (or something similar to it), "I love to PvP buuuut". What you are saying just now was "i am out wpvping buuut". And i just who'd you went to alliance and who'd and didn't find a single trace of someone, so i must ask the question. Are you role playing with trees? Did you mistake one for a tree ent?

I never, ever said that PvP players don't have a right to roll on RP-PvP servers. I also never quoted Blizzard, I can't be assed digging up the forum post regarding realm types for your benefit.

In my personal opinion, PvPers should at least have a passing interest in RP before rolling on an RP-PvP server. At the very least they shouldn't be try to actively disrupt it and should obey the realm naming policy. As to your second paragraph. I never said "but" anything. I am out flying around to look for WPvP in between other things. Nothing more, nothing less. And... You tried /whoing a Goblin rogue on Alliance side?

If a PvP'er does PvE on a RP/PvP server does he not belong there?

Or maybe a PvE'er starts doing PvE on a PvP server? Is he not allowed there?

Or maybe a PvP'er is on a PvP realm but starts doing RP? Is he breaking the rules again there?

RP/PVP is just a guide line if you try and tell people what realm they are and are not allowed on blizzard may as well ban 99% of WoW's player base.

Point is, the RPers should be willing to PvP. Likewise, the PvPers should be willing to RP. Both are part of the server. People shouldn't cast aside one for the other.

Oh puhleeeeeeze, can we just end this boring debate of what RP-PVP server means, it's not like either side is going to convince the other that they are wrong. Just let people do what they want.

Also, if anyone would be arsed to summarize a few key points about the server and apply for a sticky, it would be greatly appreciated. We seem to be getting these threads daily.

Dunno if you've noticed, but Defias Brotherhood is an RP-PvP realm. That RP tag isn't there just for the hell of it. It actually means something. Go roll somewhere else if you're not interested in RPing at all.

This realm has a diverse community, some do PvP others do Role Play, as it is a RP-PvP realm it means both are welcome. If you spent more time trying to introduce people into your community in a nicer way you'd have less people being hostile towards your community. I see the comments above as an all out war against outsiders in a rather brutally direct way.

He/she is new comer and you don't treat strangers with that kind of attitude unless you hold a grudge. You represent exactly what you hate on other RP realms, with their elitist mentality towards other players. What subscription are you on, where you can dictate the course of a server? Do you pay peoples accounts, do you pay for the server itself to run? No. So keep your uber foul mouth shut, you make the rest of this realm look sour and awful when you voice such pure and un-needed hatred so openly on our public forums.

Again this realm has both RP and PvP, neither has right of way, they are shared. And you do not dictate to me or to anyone else why they should join a realm. If this was a RP realm then you might have a legitimate claim, but still the attitude you are using is far too hostile to be considered even remotely reasonable. No one stops you from Role Playing on this realm but yourselves, you refuse to get involved in PvP as it happens and stick to blue shield areas hoping it will all change by tomorrow but it wont. Why don't YOU get with the program and get more involved in the other aspects of the game? Huh?

If i have to do RP just to stay here then why don't you do PvP? Oh derp, its cause RP was mentioned first in the server game type title, that it means RPers have right of way.... Grow the F up. MMO, share your server and get a clue. These realms were made to share both aspects of RP and PvP not to single out one group as the leader. I will die before i allow a snobby stuck up piece of crap like you tell me where i can and cannot play and how i should play when i am there. You don't pay sub, nor do you pay for the realm. Get off your donkey and take a look, its not a horse!

This realm has excellent communities on all aspects, even if you and your Elitist friends feel otherwise, he/she has the right to enjoy the best gaming experience he/she can buy and your attitude is the only obstacle preventing the server from growing in all fields.

It would seem with your current posts that you are trying to gain attention and notoriety, like all the many others off our guild. Don't worry though barely anyone cares and if it was you that got the name changed then /salute you helped me form an even greater legacy with another guild name.

If a group of adventurers are so daring to take their meetings and events to a war-torn, disputed area of Azeroth, should they not expect to be met with hostility?
