O hai! Well here's the deal:

These are going to be gear/achi runs. 8/8. If you're interested and qualified, just post here so we can set up a decent team. I'd like to know which day and time is best for you, as well as your role and what kind of gear you need, so we can all get sorted before MoP hits the stores.

Obviously you need to be well geared and prepared, knowing all tactics etc etc. There won't be much explaining or wasting time in these runs. We just want to get it over with as soon as possible. I'm willing to take less well-geared guys, if they know what they're doing, but they won't be rolling on everything, since most of us only need a few pieces anyway and that'd be unfair.

We're going to run HC modes only and maybe dedicate one week's run on normal for the hardest achis. Suggested day/time is Wednesday at 20.00 server time. Of course that might change if enough people don't like it.

Up till now I got me as dps warrior, a dr00d offtank/melee, a rogue and a healing priest. They're all guildies, 8/8 hc and between 402-408 ilvl.

Gear I need: Tier chest (Ultraxion), bracers (Morchok), boots (Zon'ozz), breathstealer ring (random), trinket (Spine) and Gurthalak (Madness). I'd love to get some tanking equipment as well (even i397s will do), for off-tanking purposes, but if some main needs those, I'll gladly pass.

Sooooo, we need a MT (preferrably a DK), 2 healers (shammy and pally would be great), rest dps (especially casters). You can also contact me in-game, I'm logging every now and then during the day.

Id be up for a run on some other alt, prefer pala as holy(ilvl400), ret(ilvl398 i think ?) os.

Cool. You're hired! There's only going to be one achi/normal run max, so no worries. I'm more interested in the gear.

Now let's find us some more people so we can make it tomorrow.

Preferrably:

* DK tank
* Shammy healer
* Shadowpriest or Lock
* Mage
* Hunter

But any other class will be considered.

So someone could be good enough to be in the raid but not good enough to roll on the drops?

That's a new definition of 'fair'; learn something new everyday.

Obviously he won't be as good as the better-geared guys. Plus if someone needs just one piece, it is unfair to have it ffa if the other guy needs 5. He can get the other 4 items without even rolling. Does that make sense to you?

Anyway I'm doing my best to make it kind of a class run and avoid this kind of awkward situation so everyone's happy. You don't like it, don't join.

Just got me a hunter and spriest. Mage spot taken as well. A couple left for those interested:

* DK tank
* Shammy healer

We didn't do too bad considering. I had to take 2 healing pallies after all, 2 mages, our offtank switched to MT and I went offtank when needed.

Wiped a few times at Spine due to slightly low dps, which needs to be fixed until next time. Also had to force our guild MT to join for Blackhorn as my tanking gear is at about 387 ilvl and I'd never tanked hcs before tonight. We'll get the last 2 bosses some time soon, before next reset.

ANYWAY, we still need a good shammy healer and a DK tank. Probably a caster dps too. We'll have more time to organize the next run so it'll probably work out better. Contact me if interested.
