Nope, predicted 3 A's but can't go to uni as it's just too expensive (imo) to be financially viable, so got a job instead ;( 1 year ago and the answer would probably be yes!

Fair enough. I'm Welsh so my fees would be subsidised, even so, the relatively large amount of debt one picks up is vastly outweighed by the benefits of having a degree, imo.

I think it depends what type of degree you do. I probably would have still gone to uni had I not landed a decent job, I did apply and got in to several to study comp sci, but I think people who go to study drama and music and suchlike are crazy (no offence if that is what you are doing) - also I'm getting a foundation degree from my job, which they are paying for, so if I ever wanted to get a undergraduate degree I'd only have to do 2 years and could probably manage it after work hours, that's the plan anyway

There's probably no "set in stone" best way to go about it as everyone has different financial and social circumstances

Wow, loads of replies lol. I am going to add you all to friends list, and I'll give you a tell this weekend.

Doesn't have to be completely local, but the idea is that those who want to, can meet up. For example, I'd hold a WoW weekend at mine once a year for everyone who wants to.
