Like that title says, I can't upgrade my account to cata whit that code that come inside the game case.
First it says "error occurred" then I write it again then it says "confirm game account upgrade" then I press continue then it says "error occurred" and we start again. What is wrong whit this? |

Potentially. Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for the system to finalize the update. I'd suggest that you contact the Account Support team and ask them to check it out for you. There's obviously no rush if you'd rather wait and see before poking one of them.

Please remember that I can't see your account information - this is the first time I've learned you have access to the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. The reason I originally asked about it, is that often when players have issues upgrading to Cataclysm, it is because they never added Wrath at all.
If then update appears to be complete, then I would reiterate my earlier suggestion of contacting the Account Support team. Account-related information cannot be relayed over the forum for privacy reasons. |

Ok Didn't help and now they ask me to send some pictures BUT what Collector's Reference Card I think perhaps Nattoga that they are asking you to send in photographic ID to prove you are the account holder. Either way, it really is not necessary. If you upgraded to Wrath via a Digital Purchase today, although the restrictions in game are lifted (such as creating a death knight), it will take up to 72 hours for your account level to be finalized, at which point you will be able to upgrade to Cataclysm. There is no hurry, you will not be missing any content or game files, the upgrade to cataclysm will not be needed until you reach level 80 so there is plenty of time for the upgrade to go through. Just try again in a few days time and you should find it all proceeds normally. |

Are you sure about that? Well, I may be wrong, but I am afraid it won't change the situation no matter what pictures you supply. All digital purchases take 72 hours to confirm I am afraid. Only retail (boxed copies) take effect immediately. |

This would make sense as you have not been able to activate it yet, so it is not attached to any account at the moment.. hence.. not able to find it? Cata CE Code, as in the code you are trying to enter to upgrade from Wrath to Cataclysm Collectors Edition. You do not need to install the discs at all. The game is already installed, you merely need to enter the code to upgrade your account, once the 72 hours have passed from your prior upgrade to Wrath of the Lich King. |

Well, I will let you in on a little "trick".... sometimes the upgrade happens earlier than 72 hours, so change your battle.net password each day as this sometimes makes the upgrade take effect sooner than the automatic 72 hour review :) In payment for this tip, I demand a picture of your Lil' Deathwing when the upgrade goes through :) |
