Annual Pass

Blizzard,
Can you explain to me how come the date has been changed with Annual Pass with 4 days earlier. You guys collecting the monthly fee with freaking 4 days earlier. I did not agreed with this nor do i want to keep playing till 18th of NOV 2012 PLS fix this and i hope my last day of Annual pass will be the 22nd of Oct 2012. If you guys wont change this i will let my Bank Bann your bank account and me losing this account wont bother me neither. THX |

nope, they just changed the collect date. i quess they had bills to pay so they wanted to cash in 4 days earlier without asking me.

Sorry, when did you start the Annual Pass? I'm a tad confused as to what exactly the problem is here.

I think he's saying they renewed his subscription 4 days earlier than it should have been...but I'm not sure how that fits in 18th November VS 22nd october.

Yeah, I understood it as his subscription is being renewed 4 days earlier than it should be, but I can't see where the two different months are coming from. :/

Does your actual Annual Pass end on November 18th or does your subscription end on November 18th?
The Annual Pass is a commitment to pay the game for 12 months, if you were at that particular point in your billing cycle then it will follow that cycle. |
