Trying to determine who deserves / needs gear the most would take too long to be practical. If you don't like rolling for loot, then make a raid group yourself and use Master Looter.

But this may get you called a ninja unless you state that the items you want are reserved.

A reason why you are probably getting kicked from dungeon groups is that you have made 0 effort to gem/enchant the pvp gear you have. Furthermore you have an expertise gem which, unless you are planning on being a melee hunter, is utterly useless.

I see why you were kicked and excluded out of most raids. ^^

You have completed LFR just 4 times. Well actually you've killed the last 2 bosses 4 times. All others you've killed 2-3 times. And even with such few kills you have still got a weapon and 2 other bits of LFR gear.

I cleared LFR 20 times on this character and still never won a weapon from Madness.

You also have 5 missing glyphs. And not a single gem or enchant. I can understand you not bothering to gem and chant the pvp gear, but the weapon and the LFR gear should be properly sorted.

If you want people to take you seriously then you need to show that you are putting in the effort to maximise your character.

If you got into a dungeon with me I certainly wouldn't kick you because of gear. Quite frankly with a decent healer they are probably soloable now to a decent tank so as long as your not causing wipes then there is no reason to kick you. But you can't complain about people replacing you when you have put no effort at all into sorting the gear that you have.

No offence but again, the reason you have no gold is because you have put no effort into making any. You haven't levelled any professions and if you did then you could use them to make gold.

It's also possible to make around 400 gold per day just from doing the Fireland dailies and a few others which would take about 20 minutes.

No one is going to give you gold and gear, you have to go and earn it.

I do agree with you that people shouldn't be needing on gear if they don't actually need it. But with an average of 3 kills per LFR boss and the fact you've got 3 pieces of gear from there you can't really complain. If you had 10 kills per boss and 10 bits of gear you'd be pretty much geared.
