It’s finally here, and you’ll be able to enjoy just about every mount and pet you own on any character, and any license, under a single Battle.net account. You can also work on a wide variety of Achievements from multiple characters. Please be aware of the rules and guidelines we’ve just posted for how you can coalesce your account-wide pets and mounts smoothly and safely.
*To see all of your achievements, pets, and mounts, be sure to log into every character at least once. |

Hello.
If my account is merged with another one, will the mounts, achievements and pets be shared then? Is it something you have to do to make that happen? Thanks. |

Hello. It seems to be the case. I now have obsidium nightwing on multiple accounts on the same battle.net account. However wow.exe does not seem to like multiple copies running. I am going to finish downloading and try again. |

But how did you do that? I have logged on all of my characters, but haven't got the stuff from wow1 from wow2..

Now the only thing left to do is unlock the Replica Grand Marshal gear, as i have the FoS earned on this scrapmetal char, i would like to enjoy it at my current Main(s), thank you...

Just so we're clear:
Account-wide does not mean account-wide. It means region-wide. I was concerned about this from the get-go because Blues absolutely refused to acknowledge the question, but now that I have the patch downloaded and installed I can confirm it. You will not receive any mounts or pets cross-region. US accounts and EU accounts do not share mounts. I keep hearing about how "the region servers can't talk to each other, they're not physically connected!" I guess the region servers are connected to some special, magical internet that is unable to access the battle.net armory. Another fine bit of misinformation from the team at Activision-Blizzard. |

I don't know if this is intended or a bug you're working on, in any case I'll share the problem I'm having in hopes it either get resolved or we get a respons that this is intended.
I have 128 mounts on my Alliance Paladin, 124 on my Alliance Druid (same server as the pally) but only 102 mounts on any of my horde characters (different realm). The 4-mount gap between my Paladin and Druid could possibly be explained by class mounts (3 Paladin specific mounts, PvP-mounts shows up on both characters) but the 26 mounts down to my hordes... I havn't been looking into exactly which mounts I'm missing but here are some of the most noticeable: Argent Tournament mounts Mechano Hog / Megkineers Chopper (only have on my Alliance characters) Both of the Sons of Hodir mammoths Golden King Edit: I just checked my Paladin again, he's now down to 127 mounts... |

Well 127 and 124 are simply the 3 class mounts. Argent Tournament and Sons of Hodir, I have no idea if your alliance characters are getting them (possibly down to reputation?) and as for the Golden King and Choppers (PvP Mounts and more), they are FACTION-bound however sadly it doesn't say this anywhere I don't think. Hope this clears this up for you. Also in regards of profession mounts, the Rare (blue) profession mounts go account bound wether other characters have thte profession or not, whilst the Epic (purple) profession mounts are not account bound! |

Yep, forgot about the third Paladin mount from Argent Tournament so that solves that.
It does indeed look like the reputation mounts are faction specific, I have all the Pvp, Argent Tournament and the Sons of Hodir mounts on all my alliance characters. Would imagine it's the same with the rest of the reputation mounts, however, I'm unable to compare since I've done the other reputations on both Alliance and Horde.
Yep, you cleared it up nicely there. Just pointing out that I do have the epic profession mounts on all my characters (both Engineering and Tailoring) but not able to use them on any character without said profession. Furthermore, is there a list on mounts that are faction specific somewhere? I've done a couple of searches but haven't been able to find anything. |
My game was having a tantrum as well earlier... I just restarted my PC and it worked fine afterwards. I'm quite pleased with this development. However, the one thing that confused me was that my alts had achievements like [Level 85] and [Artisan Riding] and stuff that really isn't account-wide. This happened around Cataclysm release date as well when this character randomly ended up with [Explore Eastern Kingdoms]. I don't understand it but I guess it's to do with the account-wide title thing. Just to show how fond I am of this update... I'm gonna make a before and after of my level 56 paladin. BEFORE: No title, only decent mount was the Charger, not many companions and wasn't developed much. Mood - Happy AFTER: Title (the Noble), awesome tiger mount, all the companions my main had (and that's a LOT) and all sorts of awesome stuff. Mood - OVERJOYED! BEST PATCH EVER! :D |

How about an option to disable this feature? I don't want all my achievements to show up on level 1 alts?

Lets say : some one have 100K Honor Achive Cap or more the Most imba achive part.
and you want this also. then : Transfer your char to this player , and return wihtin3 days, and Bam done. happy achive lol . - You know blizzard is a smart one dam :/ I am able to buy my Pet over again , means Get the Achievement 125pets :p. but Blizzard have remove this achieve lol . dam no luckky . - Oh well , all I hope is , that they Fix Fps and the bugs. I have 10990 Achieve points , but this do not show up on Guild list :/ |

If anything there should be a option at character creation to separate your achievements from the rest of the account. That would be best.

Would it be possible to get a Blue post confirmation on the RAF mounts being account wide please?
I have read that many players have them account wide since the patch but the only Blue post I have seen was an older one but it stated that they were not account wide. Either it is a mistake that they are now account wide or Blizzard have allowed this (which if so is fantastic) but some clarification would be great as I am waiting to claim my Obsidian Nightwing on my Pandaren Monk when MoP goes live. This would then allow me to claim it on any character sooner if it is account wide. |
