Welcome to patch 6.2! If you experience issues when logging in after the latest patch, reset your user interface and remove all addons!

Here’s what you are contacting us about the most right now:

  • Starter Edition Upgrades
    Upgrades can take up to 72 hours to process. If this doesn't happen, exit the game and Desktop App and reset your Battle.net password. If that doesn't work, contact our Account Support team here and they will fix this for you.
  • Unable to find next quest in chain
    Customer support can’t really give out hints, but Wowhead may help you.
  • World of Warcraft Legion
    Customer support are unable to provide additional info about the new expansion. Keep an eye on our community sites and follow Warcraft on Twitter and Facebook for the latest updates and news.
