You may want try deleting the Battle.net folders.
C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Client C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Setup **Note** you will need to enable hidden files and folders on your system in order to see the Program Data folder. --------- This is a known fix, It worked with me so if you're game will not optimize/stuck at 0% for a large time you will need to do this it'll get it moving fast! |

I was at 0% for the whole time but then it suddenly jumped to 100%. Just wait and it will be ready. Cancelling it can cause longer wait as it has to re-download some files.

I think.. I can confirm this (I think). I was stuck at 0% for ages, then stopped to rerun as admin, then I was still stuck at 0% for a while, but at least this time I was able to see the progress bar from the launcher. Anyway, still stuck at 0%, I deleted the WTF folder while it was downloading, which changed nothing. I then closed the launcher to stop downloading and deleted the Battle.net folder from ProgramData (you can find this folder in Windows 7 by going to C:/, 'Organize' at the top left, 'Folder and search options', go to 'View', and check 'Show hidden folders, files, etc.' I did this, and when I restarted the launcher it instantly went to 100% - download complete!
For all I know it could have just been one big coincidence, but if this seems to be working for others too I think it's worth a shot. |

I'm unsure about mac google is you're friend it'll tell you how to show hidden files it shouldn't be too much different? |

I've tried that, and multiple other fixes, still won't work. |
