Conqueror not being account wide has left me jaded

Hello,
Ever since I saw an Orc Warrior with the Conqueror title, tear people in half dueling during TBC, I've ALWAYS wanted that title for myself. I was very close to earning it on my Rogue when TBC finished, but things changed and I decided to reroll this Warrior. It too a while, but I finally earned the achievement a couple of months back. I was truly happy with it, and honestly, I've never switched titles since. I wouldn't care if it was the most common achievement in the world, I'd still wear it because of the way it sounds & the memories surrounding it. When I read PvP titles wouldn't be account wide, I was a little sad, but knowing Battlemaster would be account wide, I had always assumed that this restriction only applied to rated PvP, which I suppose is fair enough. Now, I'm stuck... Warriors now really aren't the class I want to play. I'm not saying we won't be good in Mists of Pandaria (infact most people think quite the opposite)... I just think Warriors, at the moment, are very boring in design. I was planning to reroll back to my old Priest or Hunter for MoP (played hunter since PreTBC, priest since Kara through to BT), but really... I know it's such a little thing to most people, but Conqueror not being account wide has just pushed me even further out the door. But at least my alts got the Crusader title... Am I right? But really. I've played for 6 years, I'm very selfless towards other peoples needs (I'm one of the few that thinks ZG mounts should be brought back, even though I have both) and I don't care how common Conqueror does or doesn't become. I just want to sport it on my Hunter/Priest during Mists of Pandaria. I won't be leveling my Warrior, and I don't really want to level another character without it. I can't even see why this title isn't BoA in the first place... Too many design choices are pushing me away ]: |

I agree. It was said that PvP achievements such as the arena ones weren't supposed to be shared because you can't get them on any character. Titles like "of the Horde/Alliance" and "the Bloodthirsty" on the other hand are shared because all you need to do to get them is grind a lot of BGs. Apparently though, it's thought by some developer that it requires skill to reach exalted status with the three pvp factions and therefore it's a bad thing if this achievement is shared.
I'm in the same boat as you. I have the Conqueror on my hunter, which I grinded it on back in BC because it was my main in vanilla. I kept playing it as my main alt in both BC and Wrath, but have barely touched it in Cata and don't really wish to touch it (except to level it to 90) in MoP either. As you I was really looking forward to using Conqueror on my main, as well as the defilers tabard (arguably the best looking tabard in the game). And really, if it's not one of the shared achievements, what's the reason behind it? On a sidenote: I doubt it'd be that common. Sure, as time goes by more and more people will have it (much like "the Insane"), but it still requires you to be exalted with both the Defilers and Warsong Outriders, and without reputation progress being shared it's still a hard grind. |

Maybe is because is reputation based wich I guess is character linked, maybe just a bug that will be fixed. Best thing is to wait and see.

i would agree if they hadnt of let things be shared such as 'the argent champion, of darnasuss and other crap like that Either way i cant see the logic in it, letting battlemaster be shared yet conqueror/justicar not, hope it is a bug because if not its a weird crap decision by blizzard. maybe a ploy to keep us ingame and to grind it on another character? i have a answer to taht if so, get stuffed. |

I very much hope it's not bugged.
with the amount of people running around with bloodthirsty now, either legit or through the 5.0.4 exploit, it stands as the only BG title that actually means something anymore. |

Conquerer/Justicar title is still significantly more difficult to achieve, because all the rep has to be gathered on 1 char |

yeah it kinda annoys me too that conqueror/justicar isnt account wide, I got it on 3 chars almost , just need 11k mor rep on my druid..
pls make it account wide im really sick of farming this ach!! |

100% agreed with the OP. This makes no sense and needs to be addressed further than a condescending "it is how it is".

Completely agree. Having had the title on my warrior since Vanilla (along with Master Sergeant, which is not being shared, either, but that's another story....), I was sooo excited to get that title, so that I could use it on alts/just have it on this toon as well, for the sake of it. Not having the title shared account-wide also left me jaded, OP... sigh

Please leave the last respectable Battleground achievement as it is instead of ruining it as it has been done with others.
