I'm having an argument with my friends about this, and we can no longer test so..

Did Rage of Rivendare (Increase Scourge Strike damage by 12/24/36%) also increase the shadow portion?
Did Mastery: Dreadblade (Increase all shadow damage done by 2.5% per points) also increase the shadow portion of Scourge Strike?

i would say yes to both. it says ss increase so phisical and shadow dmg.
mastery only increase shadow dmg so all shadow dmg also ss ( guthalac heroic also got a dmg increase on unholy mastery)
