on topic: it's a great idea to split up shock cooldowns, though i'd have to adapt my ui with more cooldown timers to keep track of them, since i have all shocks in 1 macro

on the other side, it might be slightly OP for enhance since we can get a dot up and slow/root and lower their attack power in 3 gcds, that's a lot of debuffs

maybe as a glyph per shock to seperate them (as mentioned with flameshock)
would be worth considering then

Taking shocks off a cooldown would make the class even easier in pve, and it's already one of the easiest. You can't just change something and not look at it from both a pvp and pve perspective.

And how would taking shared cd's of shocks effect PvE?

that depends on the way it's implemented

they dnt even have to remove the direct damage from it, just reduce it?
