You should actually read the post instead of skimming over it, they covered the fact that people might use PvE trinkets in the following way:

While that is somewhat unlikely given that adopting those items would represent a significant loss of PvP Power and Resilience, we will nonetheless keep a close eye on the situation and make adjustments to the appropriate items if necessary. It is also possible that it could become too difficult to land reasonably consistent kills in PvP. If that proves to be the case, then we currently plan to increase the effects of the Battle Fatigue healing debuff to compensate, which is an adjustment that we’ve been considering for some time. On the other hand, if burst damage remains too high after these changes, we are prepared to take additional steps as needed.

Edit: I think this is a good change, it is going to lower burst somewhat and improve sustained DPS - the issue is this actually buffs some classes in a sense, frost mages and DKs for example are going to be able to modify their damage more often in Deep Freezes, or with Pillar of frost. At least they're trying to make a move here, they're actually hotfixing this which I'm surprised at, but it's not going to stop certain classes and comps globalling, they need to look a certain classes and change them and/or add a flat damage reduction bonus via a buff or resilience on gear/pvp weapons.

Hopefully it'll adjust the burst a little.

As long as the correct action is taken over this should it happen, this has the potential to be one of the few good changes Blizzard have made in years.

I think this isnt the proper way to fix it, if the trinkets become too low for the burst people will just go for PvE on use trinkets

upgraded Shock-Charger Medallion anyone? ^^

they should leave trinkets as they are, probably give the PvP Medalions same PvP Power as the Badges/Insignias

to reduce burst increase base resilience or resilience scaling to keep up a bit

or flat out nerf big burst mechanics such as Frostbomb AKA lolbomb or the warrior CD stacking

although the healing nerf does seem a bit sexy =D

I don't think this is the answer, but overall burst goes down so I can live with it.

Actively trying to improve is a plus

This is a good answer, the trinkets increase burst by a huge amount.

CD stacking still needs to be prevented, along with healing/defensive CD nerfs (especially on certain classes like Warlocks for example) to make sure the difference between damage and survability isn't too one sided.

And the consequense of this will be?

The consequence, for example a rogue will be even less damage. If he feels rogues are doing too much damage then its not going to be an issue.

But we know this will be a big hit to rogues.
