Vanguard is no longer recruiting for raiding. Most of our raiders have moved to another server which offers better conditions for raiding. The guild will remain for now on Emeriss(and if anyone wishes an invite write me a mail on Avendasora). Maybe if the server will someday improve we will transfer back and set up a new raid. I would like to thank all the people that have been in Vanguard or have raided with us and to wish them good luck.

Vanguard has downed 12/12 ICC10 normal mode( 27.05.10), ICC10 hardmode 11/12(Marrowgar + Gunship - 06.06.10, L Deathwhisper, Saurfang, Festergut, Rotface, Valithria, blood princes, BQL, sindragosa, pp) and 8/12 ICC25(12/12 icc 25 raiding together with Dies Irae). Cataclysm pre-nerf 6/7.


A few things about us.
Vanguard was created in Wotlk by a group of friends and was initially designed to be a 10 man guild. Since most of the officers have raided hardcore at some point, we managed to clear quite some content in a short time and decided to try and make the guild a 25 man casual raiding guild. We emphasize efficiency over tons of raiding time so we expect the same from anyone willing to join. During those 2 days of raiding we expect everyone to give his best shot at the content we are clearing.

Updates:
No application is required (atm) for joining Vanguard.
All levels/classes/specs are eligible for joining Vanguard.
We are still raiding ICC and also clearing old content so feel free to join if you want an achievemnt like Black Temple or something.

Heya, I'm a draenei hunter, I have just migrated from Burning Legion.

I am in the process of getting to 85.

I understand how raiding works, however I have not done much at level 80, as I decided I dinged too near to cataclysm, and so I started to level my shaman - he is lvl 62 atm.

On my other account, which got hacked and my characters deleted, I cleared naxx, uld, toc and half of icc on my DK, and I hardcore raided with my paladin in BC getting a few realm firsts which was nice

I read up about my class for about 30 minutes a day, learning the best ways to do things

I am also really open to advice from better players, and I respect any heirarchy of your guild. I myself was the DK officer of my old guild, and so I can understand recruiting etc

I have ventrilo and teamspeak

I am also a veteran at custom UI's and freeing up space, and am happy to help xD
